$56/hr 8-hour days. 8A-4:30P. Teaching Certificate not Required!

The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for the implementation of speech/language pathology services.

Minimum Requirements:

Meets the education and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in speech-language pathology
Must hold a degree from an accredited school of Speech-Language Pathology?
Current licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of assignment?
One year of prior professional Speech Language Pathology experience preferred?
Current CPR if applicable
TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
Must be at least 18 years of age  
General Comments

Speech Language Pathologist
Responsible for patient coverage within the Mohawk Valley Health System system. Areas of care include inpatient hospital, acute rehab and outpatient clinic.
Completion of clinical fellowship year required
Cover: 1/2 time in RNC (Rehab and Nursing Center), 1/2 time in hospital (acute care)
Swallowing bed evaluations, required and video fluoroscopy experience preferred, not required.
Would need to be flexible to move with patient loads.
