Summer School BCBA Needed

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES provides consultation, training, conducts behavioralevaluations and develops/implements behavior intervention plans for individuals with academic andbehavioral deficits. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates,observes, assesses, and supervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the schoolsetting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Conducts functional behavior assessments and educational assessments, accurately identifyingthe function of challenging behavior and socially valid, pivotal behaviors to target
• Develops strong collaborative relationships and provides training to school staff to implementeffective applied behavior analysis techniques. Provides ongoing support and training to relatedfield staff ensuring treatment integrity and supporting professional growth 
• Investigates concerns and provides coaching and disciplinary action when appropriate 
• Develops behavior goals according to the needs and abilities of the student 
• Determines prevention, intervention and consequence strategies utilizing non-aversive behaviorchange methods 
• Collects, analyzes and reports data and other documentation within established time frames toensure program validity and efficacy per contract guidelines 
• Attends and presents behavioral progress at IEP meetings
