Join Our Teamas a Behavior Technician or Classroom Aide at Amergis Healthcare Staffing!
Are you passionate about makinga difference in the lives of students? Amergis Healthcare is looking fordedicated Behavior Technicians and Classroom Aides to join our team in theschool setting. You’ll work 1:1 or in small groups within the classroom, collaboratingwith school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learningand behavioral goals.

KeyResponsibilities:
- Follow instructions from BCBA, teachers, and program supervisors
- Implement behavior management techniques and provide crisis intervention
- Review and implement behavior intervention plans
- Assist in facilitating academic instruction and development plans (SLP, OT, PT)
- Document sessions and collect behavioral and academic data
- Support students in developing independent daily living skills
- Assist students across various environments (classroom, playground, lunchroom, etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We’reLooking For:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
- Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Completion of Amergis’ Competency program
- Current CPR certification (if applicable)
- TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
- Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Understanding of patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
- Computer proficiency required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
