Experience: Preferred to have background in inpatient/hospital/ rehab / skilled nursing setting. Nurse to patient ratio is 1:8, CMI average is about 1.3. Charting is Cerner Based ACEIT (EH proprietary system)

Notes: ***Nurses cannot request set or block scheduling*** + Need to be completely flexible schedule wise. That means no block schedules, no set schedules, and weekend availability is a must as the schedule may not be the same each week.

The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse is responsible forassisting patients in attaining and maintaining Amergisum function due to chronicillness and/or a debilitating injury. The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse assists patients in the recoveryprocess, as well as creating a recovery plan with the ultimate goal ofachieving an independent lifestyle as much as possible.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which thenurse practices
  • One year prior professional nursing experience in arehabilitation setting preferred 
  • CRRN certification may be required per state/client contract
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
