Board-Certified Behavior Analyst

$3616 / week

 Amergis HealthcareStaffing is currently seeking highly skilled Board-Certified BehaviorAnalyst for assignment in Goleta, CA!

 Position Details:

  Residents receiveon-site behavior analysis services, medical case management, medicationmonitoring, independent living skills training and community inclusionactivities.

Staff foster a home-likeenvironment that motivates each individual toward independence, while providinga highly structured behavioral setting with 24-hour supervision

Conduct appropriateassessments (including functional behavioral assessments)

Develop, implement andmonitor behavioral support plans of assigned individuals

Serve as a member of themulti-disciplinary treatment team providing care and appropriate treatment tothe ages and populations served

Instruct staff, familymembers, and/or legal guardian/conservators’ on how to implement a behaviorsupport plan using face-to-face instruction, role modeling and coaching

Ensure that properdocumentation is completed, and provide supervision to Behavior Specialists

Qualifications

Education: Master’sdegree in psychology, Applied Behavioral Analysis or related field. BCBAcertification required

Experience:

A minimum of two yearsof experience designing and implementing behavior modification interventionservices is required.

Must have strong appliedbehavior analysis skills and significant experience working with individualswith intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders-2 years minimum

Significant experiencewriting Positive Behavior support plans and conducting FBA’s- 2 years minimum

Training staff preferred

Requires excellent oraland written communication skills. Proficient computer skills and mastery ofMicrosoft Office applications.

Valid driver’s licensemust be maintained.

Compensation:

*Total Travel Package =$3,616/week

·         WeeklyHousing Allowance: $1,498

·         WeeklyMeals/Incidentals Allowance: $518

·         WeeklyTaxable Income: $1,600

*Based upon qualifyingfor position and allowances. Total package is inclusive of taxable wages andallowances.
