Job Description:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, performing physical examinations, and promoting preventive health measures.
Details:
- Location: Sterling, CO
- Start: ASAP, or upon completion of credentialing
- Schedule: Shifts are 4 10 HR days between M-F
- Patient Volume: Approximately 10-12 ppd

Requirements:
