37.5 Hours a Week

M-F 7:45am-4p roughly

Team of 3 total BCBAs on site for entire 250-400 student population.  Will work as a team to oversee behavioral framework of school and educate teachers on approach to certain behaviors.  Should plan to work with students directly as well where needed, and be a part of IEP meetings to help coordinate education plans.  

School is an 11 month school, with 2-3 weeks off in summer, winter break and spring break

School is very strong with retention, leadership takes feedback well and they have a tight leadership group with little turnover who help where they can

BCBA interviews are preferred in person, if virtual is a must we can discuss

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES providesconsultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implementsbehavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioraldeficits.  The Board Certified BehaviorAnalyst – ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, andsupervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the schoolsetting.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching,psychology or related field
  • Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programsand services in schools
  • One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
