Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Hours/Week: 36

Position Description: 

The Long-Term Acute Care Registered Nurse (LTAC RN) is responsible for planning and delivering both direct and indirect patient care to medically complex patients in long-term acute settings. This role requires a compassionate and skilled nurse who can handle the challenges of caring for patients with diverse and critical needs.

Requirements:

  • Current RN license for the state in which the nurse practices
  • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in Critical Care (LTAC, ICU, Telemetry, or PCU/Stepdown)
  • One (1) year of nursing experience in a long-term acute care facility preferred
  • Experience in acute rehabilitation for ventilators, wound care, cardiac, and stable post-trauma patients
  • Current CPR certification (if applicable)
  • TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 1.5 years of Critical Care experience in LTAC, ICU, Telemetry, or PCU/Stepdown
