Program Director

Location: San Francisco, CA

About Us: Join our dedicated team, where we provide essential mental health services to our community. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Program Director to lead our acute program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all operations of the acute program.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Advocate for program needs and represent management.
• Promote Social Rehabilitation practices.
• Chair staff meetings and respond to emergencies.
• Participate in agency initiatives and policy discussions.
• Provide direct service to clients as needed.
• Supervise data collection and reporting.
• Develop and manage staff schedules.
• Conduct staff supervision and evaluations.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and training of staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years in community mental health, including supervisory experience.
• Preferred experience in residential treatment or social rehabilitation.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Good judgment and emotional stability.
• Ability to navigate multiple flights of stairs during shifts.
• Clearance with California State Department of Social Services.
• Valid California driver’s license and insurability.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
