Job Title: School Registered Nurse

Location: Anaheim, CA

Pay: $45 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 1:45 PM

Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Registered Nurse to join our team in Anaheim, CA. This position involves providing tracheostomy (trach) and ventilator (vent) care for a preschooler. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in pediatric trach and vent care, as well as a California Registered Nurse License. Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide trach and vent care for a preschool-aged child in a school setting.

• Monitor and assess the child’s health condition, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Administer medications and perform medical procedures as needed.

• Collaborate with school staff, healthcare professionals, and parents to develop and implement care plans.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.

• Provide emergency care and first aid when necessary.

• Educate school staff on health-related topics and procedures.

Requirements:

• Active California Registered Nurse License.

• Prior experience in pediatric trach and vent care.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Current BLS Card
