We are looking for an occupational therapist to work in two campuses close to each other. The OT will work four days per week, 3 days at one campus and 1 day at the other. The OT will be providing related services per the IEP, writing IEP goals, ad attending IEP meetings as necessary. The caseload is about 40 students; 30 students receive direct services and the additional 5-10 are consultation. The hours are 7:00AM-3:00PM and follow the district school calendar. 

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for performing student evaluations, developing and providing therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each student.   

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice
  • One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
