- Assists with developing risk assessment of Company profile specific to Company standards, policies and procedures
- Assists with the monitoring and assessment plan specific to Company-wide standards, policies and resources
- Performs root cause analysis reviews for compliance issues or policy issues identified
- Partners to develop and lead a communications plan to ensure employees are aware of Company policies and managers know their responsibility to respond to raised issues and lessons learned are consistently used to improve culture
- Helps develop benchmarks and program assessment goals specific to compliance with Company policies and resources
- Researches and stays abreast of all federal, state and local laws and regulations impacting employment & HR issues in the healthcare staffing industry
- Presents progress to goals and updates on department initiatives during team meetings, quarterly business reviews to promote results, build relationships and inspire continued compliance
- Partners with leaders across all divisions and departments to improve the collegial work environment, build trust and accelerate communication on compliance concerns
- Bachelor’s Degree, Business Administration, preferred
- Three (3) years of experience in one (1) or more of the following: 1) healthcare administration; 2) corporate auditing or monitoring; 3) staffing or contingent workforce management with a focus on HR/employment
- Working knowledge of Federal and State healthcare and employment laws and regulations, especially those specific to staffing human capital, or acumen to learn and develop knowledge, including but not limited to: wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, OFCCP compliance, worker classification under the FLSA and IRC
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, along with strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrates independent reasoning, critical thinking, and decision-making HR skills
- Ability to professionally and confidentially handle personnel information
- Adaptability to change and ability to prioritize competing duties
- Experience with Microsoft Office required
- Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language is required
