$56/ hour ECSE SPED Teacher- Golden

Contract Details: This contract is located in near Golden, CO and will last the remainder 24/25 school year. The contract pays $56 / hour (local) and $2,430 /week (travel) for 37.5student contact hours per week with a full benefits package. Before applying for the position, please ensure you are eligible to work in Colorado as a Early Childhood Special Education Teacher or already a licensed Early Childhood Special Education Teacher with the Colorado Department of Education. Pending licenses are accepted. 

Role Details: The Early Childhood Special Education Teacher, under the direction of the Special Education Program Administrator provides quality services to special education students, pre-kindergarten through grade 3. The Special Education Teacher has a commitment to team participation in planning and implementation of student programs including special instruction, tutorial assistance and consultation with general education staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, preferred 
• Certification for Early Childhood Education (Child Development Associate, CDA) as required by state/ client or contract
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice 
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age
