General Education School Teacher. Licensed and Non-Licensed

Teachers Needed – Next School Year!!! Not yet Licensed in VA? No problem!!! 

We are seeking upbeat and enthusiastic General Education Teachers to come work for us at an AMAZING School district located in Winchester, VA for the 2025 – 2026 School Year. This is a very supportive district and we have had great feedback from our teachers and support staff. 

These roles will allow current VA Licensed teachers as well as non-licensed VA teachers to come onboard.  The non-licensed school teacher will start with slightly less pay and agree to obtain their provisional license while working full time in the classroom. The School Teacher implements the daily instructional plans of the classroom teacher in an effective manner. The School Teacher maintains a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth and establishes effective rapport with pupils while maintaining proper classroom management. The School Teacher works effectively with the building administrator and other teachers. 

Minimum Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required 
• Teacher license/certification, as applicable by state or contract/district 
• One year of experience as a school teacher, preferred  
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
