Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Credentialed Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Riverside County. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality healthcare services to students, ensuring their well-being and supporting their academic success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to students, including first aid, medication administration, and management of chronic health conditions.
- Conduct health assessments and develop individualized healthcare plans.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to support student health needs.
- Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
- Promote a healthy school environment through health education and disease prevention initiatives.
- Respond to health emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed.
Qualifications:
- Current California RN license.
- School Nurse Services Credential (SNSC) required.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a school setting preferred.
