Job Title: After-School Program Aide

Location: Westminster, CA

Work Hours: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Shifts are available Monday through Friday.

Pay Rate: $21/hour

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic After-School Program Aides to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for students in our after-school program. Responsibilities include supervising children, helping with homework, organizing activities, and ensuring the well-being of all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the safety of children in the program.

• Assist students with homework and academic enrichment activities.

• Organize and facilitate recreational and creative activities.

• Encourage positive social interactions and address any behavioral issues.

• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and staff.

• Maintain a clean and organized program environment.

• Follow all program policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience working with children is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
