Location: ABC Unified, Bellflower Unified, and Compton Unified School Districts

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | School Hours

Pay: $20-$25 per hour (based on experience)

Start Date: 2025-2026 School Year

What You’ll Be Doing

Provide behavioral support to students who need extra guidance
Implement evidence-based strategies to encourage positive behaviors
Work alongside teachers, counselors, and specialists to develop personalized plans
Help students build self-regulation, communication, and social skills
Track progress and adjust interventions as needed

What You Need to Apply

High school diploma or higher
Previous experience in behavioral therapy or intervention preferred
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented approach
