Location: ABC Unified, Bellflower Unified, and Compton Unified School Districts

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | School Hours 

Pay: $20-$25 per hour (based on experience) 

Start Date: 2025-2026 School Year

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide behavioral support to students who need extra guidance

• Implement evidence-based strategies to encourage positive behaviors

• Work alongside teachers, counselors, and specialists to develop personalized plans

• Help students build self-regulation, communication, and social skills

• Track progress and adjust interventions as needed

What You Need to Apply

• High school diploma or higher

• Previous experience in behavioral therapy or intervention preferred

• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented approach
