We are looking for a committed and proficient Radiologic Technologist to become a part of our healthcare team. The successful candidate will conduct diagnostic imaging procedures, prioritize patient safety, and produce high-quality images for physician analysis. This position demands a solid grasp of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology, along with expertise in various imaging techniques such as X-Ray and CT.

We are accepting applications for PRN, Part time, and Full-time Positions

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-Rays, CT scans.
  • Ensure the safety of patients by following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation related to imaging procedure and lab collection and processing.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Operate imaging equipment safely and effectively while adhering to radiation safety standards.
  • Stay updated on advancements in radiologic technology and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

  • Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
  • Proficiency in diagnostic radiology techniques, including X-Ray and CT imaging.
  • Understanding of medical terminology related to radiology and emergency medicine.
  • Experience working in a Level II Trauma Center is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with those undergoing treatment and our work family.
