Psych Hospital – Psych experience needed

Shifts are usually 12 hour (or 8 depending on facility)

EOW / every weekend depending on facility

SORI full license pertaining to the position

Driver’s License 

TB/PPD test results

CPR card

COVID19 card

Physical – within the last year

MMR (document must show proof of immunity)

Tdap (within the past 10 years)

Varicella (document must show proof of immunity)
