The ASW/AMFT provides professional counseling services designed in assisting participants in behavior change to maintain a healthy lifestyle and quality of life through individual and group therapy.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field preferred
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work, Family Therapy preferred
- Licensed as a Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) as required by state regulations and/or contract specifications
- One (1) year of experience in counseling preferred
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
