Position: Case Manager 

Shift: Day Shift, 8AM-5PM, 40 Hours/Week

Start Date: 2/10/25

Location: Boston, MA

Pay: $2,950/Week 

Unit: RN Case Manager. RN with 2 years of case management experience, traveler experience a plus. Seeking a 20 week contract, 5×8. 

The RN Case Manager is responsible for coordinating continuum of care activities for assigned patients and ensuring optimum utilization of resources, service delivery, and compliance with medical regime.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in state practicing
  • At least one year of Case Management experience preferred
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
