Amergis Educational Staffing is partnered with a school in Brockton, MA who is currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with students on a contractual basis.
Details of the Position Include:
Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Pay Rate: Up to $75/ hour (based on experience)
Location: Brockton, MA
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30am- 3:30pm
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our elementary school team. The BCBA will be responsible for providing behavioral support and intervention services to a caseload of approximately 30-35 students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working in a school setting.
Experience: Must have 1+ years of experience, Massachusetts BCBA certification.

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implements behavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioral deficits. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the school setting.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field
- Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools
- One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
