The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational andbehavioral services with children and adults with special needs andcollaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists toachieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.

General Comments:
Locations: Oceanside, San Dieguito, Escondido, and Carlsbad 
Hours: 6-30 hours weekly
Schedule: Per-diem and full-time
Hours: Range of 7:45 AM-3:50 PM (6-6.5 hours daily)
Requirements: Behavior Technicians must have a minimum of 6 months of ABA therapy
Pay: $23-25 full-time; $26-28 per-diem (Commensurate on experience)

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months of ABA Therapy
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable   
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
