Details & Responsibilities

•   8 or 10 hour shifts
• Part-time options considered
• No call or weekends required
•  Start Date – ASAP
• Credentialing Estimate – 45 days or less

• Provide group and individual services.

  Document services and progress in support plans.

  Provide in-service training and mentoring to unit and program staff. Develop, review, and implement individualized behavioral support plans. Interview patients to obtain pertinent information related to current behavioral and psychological functioning.

• Collaborate with other providers. Work with other providers and medical assistants to ensure a high standard of care.
• Refer Patients. As needed, refer patients to off-site specialists.
• Patient Load – Adult population. Approximately 10-12 PPD.

Required Qualifications

• Active/Unrestricted Oregon Psychologist License
• BLS Certification
