MedSurg RN
Pay: $2470- TOTAL WEEKLY PAY (36HRS)
$1224 – TAXABLE ($34hr $68OT) + $1246- STIPENDS
Contract length: 13 weeks
Start Date: December
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36
Primary location: ThedaCare Neenah
Shift Requirements: 12hr Days or Nights shift
Shift start time: 5:30a or 7:00pm
Weekend: As needed (could be every to every other – depending upon unit need)
Holidays: As needed
Float Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities – within a 60 mile radius
On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
Required certifications: WI RN License, AHA BLS
Minimum Experience Required: 3+ years experience as an RN & 1 travel contract REQUIRED
Charting Experience: EPIC within the last year REQUIRED
Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates
Scrub Colors: Black
Primary Cases: Med/Surg, COVID. Experience with Pre-post Cath & post pacemaker (required). Pediatric patients (rare)
Patient Ratios: 1:5-6 ratio (Days & Nights for new staffing model), RN’s paired with a support staff (LPN/CNA) based on acuity.
