The QMHP will provide assessments and therapy to adult patients.

- Location: Live Oak, FL
- Type of care: Outpatient
- Start: ASAP – Upon completion of credentialing
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Days: Monday – Friday
- Hours: 5/8s or 4/10s (typical business hours)
- PPD: 8-12
