FT Permanent FNP Wanted in Sacramento, CA

Currently seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a contract to fulltime role in Sacramento, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides primary care including episodic, preventive, and acute health care to adult patients.
• Conduct histories and physical examinations and prescribes medications and/or medical treatments based on best practice standards.
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients; educates and advises on medical issues as needed.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of medical care and monitors progress of patients.
• Maintains medical records.

REQUIREMENTS:

•  Valid CA State License and Federal DEA registration.

HOURS:

• Mon – Friday 8- 5, 8 hour shifts or 4, 10-hour shifts .
• Patient Load 18-20
