Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Virtual School Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a valid North Carolina license and have experience working with K-12 students in a virtual setting. As a Virtual School Psychologist, you will provide comprehensive psychological services to students, including assessments, counseling, and consultation with educators and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students’ needs.
– Provide individual and group counseling to students.
– Develop and implement intervention strategies to support students’ academic and emotional well-being.
– Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create supportive learning environments.
– Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
– Offer crisis intervention and support as needed.
– Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress.

Qualifications:
– Valid North Carolina School Psychologist license.
– Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in a virtual setting.
– Strong understanding of child development, learning disabilities, and behavioral interventions.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
– Proficiency with virtual communication tools and technology.
