Job Title: Classroom Aide

Location: Mendota, CA

Pay Rate: $17/hour

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Classroom Aide to join our team. As a Classroom Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting both teachers and students. Your primary responsibilities include assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support to students, and helping maintain a positive and productive learning environment. We value commitment and reliability in our staff, and we are seeking someone who is passionate about making a difference in students’ lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the teacher with daily classroom activities, including preparing materials and organizing supplies.
• Provide individual or small group support to students as needed.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Support students with special needs and work closely with teachers to implement individualized learning plans.
• Monitor student behavior and assist with managing the classroom.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all students.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working as a classroom aide, preferably within the last year.
• High School Diploma (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with children.
• Availability Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (hours may vary).
