- Develops strong collaborative relationships and provides training to staff to implement effective behavioral support services in the educational setting
- Conducts quality assurance visits and consults with SBPs and clients
- Actively participates in clinical quality initiatives and training
- Investigates field staffing concerns and provides reeducation
- Collects, analyzes and reports data and other documentation within established timeframes to ensure program initiatives
- Attends client meetings/QBRs/service calls as needed with BDM/AM
- Assists with interviews for local BCBAs and provide support
- Responsible for assisting with case assignment, management support, and direction for external behavioral staff
- Performs BCBA services including: IEP listed supervision, FBAs, BIPs, student/class observations, teacher consultation, and staff support, to support business growth as requested by the client/contract
- Provides consultation to business development teams
- Engages field staff in feedback discussions regarding job and service satisfaction
- Leads and manages behavioral staff, assesses performance and provides development opportunities
- Maintains knowledge of current industry regulations including federal, state, local contract, and program requirements
- Maintains updated Ops rhythm and Outlook calendar to achieve objectives and due dates
- Performs other duties as assigned/necessary
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in homes or schools, preferred
- Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Participation and completion of Amergis’ Competency program when applicable
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Successful completion of new hire training as applicable to job site
- Understand patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
- Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language is required
- Computer proficiency required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
