MultiTech (CT, Xray, MRI, Mammo)

WorkHours: 36

EstimatedStart Date: 6/25/24

AssignmentLength: 13 weeks

Shift:Saturday, Sunday, Monday – 9a – 9:30p

Specialskills or experience needed: Knowledge of GE CT and XR equipment, ER Imagingexperience, XRAY certified, knowledge of portable X-ray equipment

Certificationfrom two of the following credentialing organizations:

  • American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT),
  • American Registry for Diagnostic Sonography (ARDMS),
  • American Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT-VT),
  • Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB), or
  • American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT).
  • Registration as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT-GC) through the Texas Medical Board.
  • BLS through American Heart Association             

Equipmentused: GE scanners.

Available Epic Training and HCSS Traveler orientationdates:

  • June 11th – Radiant for Radiology Tech: in-person class held at the main campus in Galveston.
  • June 13th – Virtual training through Microsoft Teams presentation.
  • OR
  • June 25th – Radiant for Radiology Tech: in-person class held at the main campus in Galveston.
  • June 27th – Virtual training through Microsoft Teams presentation.
