Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide consultation, training, behavioral evaluations, and the development/implementation of behavior intervention plans for students with academic and behavioral needs. The BCBA will act as a clinical teacher, educating, observing, assessing, and supervising behavioral service delivery in the school setting.

Position Overview

• Location: Bellevue, WA (Sammamish High School)

• Start Date: November 24, 2025

• Duration: 25 weeks

• Schedule: Part-time, 15 hours per week (exact schedule TBD)

• Openings: 1 position available

• Pay Rate: $75/hr local

Assignment Details

• Provide support and supervision for 2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Collaborate with school staff to ensure effective behavioral programming

• Focus on student success through individualized behavior intervention plans

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral evaluations and develop individualized intervention plans

• Provide consultation and training to staff and families

• Supervise behavioral service delivery and educational activities

• Ensure compliance with professional standards and district requirements

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Teaching, Psychology, or related field

• Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs in schools

• Minimum of one year pediatric experience preferred

• Compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements

• Current CPR, TB screening, and health certificate (if applicable)

• Must be at least 18 years of age
