Amergis is seeking experienced Behavior Technicians to join our school-based teams across Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and greater Los Angeles County. Position Details

• Pay: $24–$27/hour, based on experience

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

• Location: School campuses throughout Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and surrounding areas

Responsibilities

• Support students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom settings

• Implement individualized behavior plans and learning strategies

• Collaborate with teachers and specialists to maintain consistency and structure

• Foster a safe, calm, and supportive environment for student growth

• Promote positive behavior and confidence through daily engagement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in ABA, behavior therapy, or related roles preferred

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
