About the Role:

Amergis Healthcareis seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide 1:1 support for amale elementary school student. This full-time, school-based role includespersonal care, classroom support, and basic health services under thesupervision of the district school nurse or clinical designee.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care – following student’s care plan
• Monitor and support student with urostomy and catheter
• Collaborate with classroom staff (teacher and assistant) to support student participation
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow school health protocols

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in North Carolina
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB screening and health certificate (as required)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience with pediatric or school-based care preferred
