About the Role

Join a dynamic team as an Occupational Health Nurse (OHN),where your clinical expertise will directly support the health and safety ofemployees in a fast-paced industrial environment. You’ll provide first aid,manage workplace injuries and illnesses, and promote wellness in alignment withfacility policies and occupational health standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care and first aid to employees in accordance with company protocols
• Monitor and document health conditions, injuries, and treatments
• Collaborate with safety teams and leadership to support a healthy work environment
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation (preferred)

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Alabama
• Minimum 1 year of Occupational Health experience (preferred)
• Current CPR certification
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (as applicable)
• Health certificate (per contract/state regulation)
• Must be 18+ and meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Epic EMR experience (preferred)
