Now Hiring. Substitute Behavior Technicians – Menifee Schools

Amergis Staffing is now hiring Substitute Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support students in Menifee and surrounding Riverside County schools for the 2025–2026 school year!

This is a great opportunity to get started in a school-based role with the goal of transitioning into an ongoing assignment based on performance and district needs.

Position Highlights:

• Pay: $23–$25/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 28–30 hours/week (based on school needs)
• Follows the school calendar – holidays and summers off
• Work in classroom settings providing 1:1 or group support
• Locations across Beaumont and nearby areas

All candidates begin as substitutes, with morning calls between 6–9 AM for same-day assignments. Long-term placements may follow based on availability and fit.

Ideal Candidates Have:

• At least 6 months of experience working with children
• Experience with Autism, ADHD, or other behavioral needs
• Comfort with toileting/diapering support if needed
• Flexibility to work with K–12 students
• Reliable transportation
• CPR/BLS/CPI/RBT certifications (preferred)
• High School Diploma or higher
