Job Title: Behavior Technician / Aide

Schedule: Substitute / Per Diem Shifts

Job Description:
Banning and Beaumont School Districts are seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians/Aides to support students with behavioral and developmental needs. This flexible, per diem opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about making a difference in education—with the potential to transition into a full-time ongoing position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support to students
• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff
• Maintain accurate data and documentation

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
