?? Position Details
- Location: Hingham, MA
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Duration: Full 2025–2026 School Year
- Pay Rate: Up to $28/hour (based on experience)
?? Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA-based support to elementary students
- Implement individualized behavior support plans
- Assist with academic activities and classroom routines
- Collect and record behavioral and academic data
- Support students with ASD, developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure consistency in behavior strategies
? Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of direct experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Solid understanding of ABA principles, including reinforcement, prompting, and behavior shaping
- Experience with data collection, behavior tracking, and behavior management
- Ability to implement behavior support plans with fidelity
- Patience, flexibility, and a calm demeanor in high-needs environments
- Comfortable working in 1:1 settings with students exhibiting behaviors such as aggression, eloping, flopping, or self-injury

Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
