?? Position Overview

• Location: Fall River, MA
• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Duration: Full 2025–2026 School Year
• Pay Rate: Up to $25/hour

?? What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 support to students in grades K–3 with complex needs
• Assist students with self-care tasks, including changing and toileting
• Support students who may be non-ambulatory or have significant vision impairments
• Work in substantially separate classrooms designed for students with intensive support needs
• Implement behavior support plans and assist with academic activities
• Collect and document data on student behavior and progress
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and related service providers

? Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in Special Education and Behavioral Support
• Skilled in de-escalation, data collection, and behavior tracking
• Comfortable working with students exhibiting behaviors such as aggression, eloping, flopping, or self-injury
• Calm, patient, and flexible in dynamic environments
• Willing to support other students and classrooms as needed

? Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
• Proven experience in behavioral support, including de-escalation techniques
• Ability to provide academic support in classroom settings
• Strong skills in data collection and behavior tracking
• High school diploma required
• Comfortable supporting students with mobility, vision, and self-care needs
