Corrections LPN – Afternoon Shift | Lincoln, NE

We’re hiring a dedicated and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Corrections assignment in Lincoln, Nebraska. This is an ongoing opportunity with consistent hours and a chance to make a meaningful impact in a secure facility.

?? Assignment Details:

• Location: Lincoln, NE

• Start Date: ASAP

• Assignment Length: Ongoing (until the need is filled)

• Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Schedule: 40 hours/week – every other weekend is required 

?? Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $40/hour

? Requirements:

• Active LPN license

• Previous corrections or behavioral health experience preferred

• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently in a secure environment

The Corrections Licensed Practical Nurse works in close andimmediate contact with adults and children in custody on a daily basisproviding general and emergency nursing care in the Medical and Ambulatorysection of the Corrections Facility while maintaining facility securitystandards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possesses a current Practical Nursing License in theapplicable state
• Minimum of one year experience in Corrections preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation) 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
