Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a short-term, full-time assignment supporting students in Barrington and Countryside, IL. This in-person role begins November 3, 2025, and runs through February 17, 2026, covering an FMLA leave. The position includes 37 paid hours per week across elementary and high school settings.

Position Overview:

• Locations: Barrington & Countryside, IL

• Start Date: November 3, 2025

• End Date: February 17, 2026

• Schedule:

  • M/W/F: 7:50 AM–2:50 PM

  • T/Th: 7:55 AM–3:25 PM

• Hours: 37 hrs/week

• Modality: BCBA

• Pay Rate: $55/hr

• Interview: Virtual

Responsibilities:

• Coach classroom teams and provide behavioral consultation

• Collect and analyze student data

• Support development and implementation of FBAs and BIPs

• Assist with professional development for BEST & STRIVE programs

• Collaborate with staff across elementary and high school settings

Requirements:

• Current BCBA certification (BACB)

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, teaching, or related field

• Experience in school-based behavioral services preferred

• Minimum 1 year pediatric experience preferred

• CPR, TB clearance, and health certificate as applicable

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
