Location: Near Beloit, WI
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (August – June)
Openings: 4–5 Full-Time Positions

A school district near Beloit, Wisconsin is hiring multiple full-time paraprofessionals to support students across elementary, middle, and high school settings. These roles offer a meaningful opportunity to work closely with students in special education and inclusive classrooms, helping foster academic growth, emotional development, and a supportive learning environment.

?? Responsibilities
As a paraprofessional, you will:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and emotional support to students with diverse learning needs
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and support individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with special education teachers, therapists, and general education staff
• Assist with classroom management, instructional activities, and student engagement
• Support students in both special education and inclusive classroom environments
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and other daily living needs as required
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

?? Qualifications Required

• Associate’s degree or high school diploma with successful completion of the Master Teacher Exam
• Eligibility to apply for a Wisconsin DPI Special Education Program Aide License
• Experience supporting students with behavioral or developmental needs (experience at any school level is welcome)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
