Location: School-based assignments in Pasadena 

Pay Rate: $23–$25/hour 

Schedule: Full-time or Part-time 

Hours: Approximately 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday

?? Role Overview

Join our team as a Behavioral Technician/Therapist supporting students in educational settings. This flexible floater position provides essential behavioral and therapeutic support, both one-on-one and in classroom environments.

?? Key Responsibilities

• Deliver behavioral interventions and assistance to students

• Support students with:

  • Emotional regulation

  • Transitions between activities

  • Meal preparation

  • Transfer and mobility services

• Respond to crises and ensure student safety

• Promote independence and positive behavior

• Collaborate with the Behavioral Health Team

• Document student behavior and progress

• Follow individualized behavior plans and classroom protocols

• Communicate with Amergis office staff for ongoing support

• Accurately complete all required documentation and timesheets

? Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Background in behavioral studies or related fields

• Proficiency in English

• Successful completion of company assessments

• Current CPR certification

• Current TB test (skin test or chest X-ray)
