Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to support K–8 students in Phoenix, Arizona. This in-person role begins in late July and runs for 36 weeks. Open to one full-time or two part-time candidates.

Position Overview:

• Location: Phoenix, AZ

• Start Date: Late July 2025

• Duration: 36 weeks

• Schedule: Monday–Friday

• Hours: 40/week

• Modality: In-person only

• Pay Rate: $60–$65/hour (local)

• Grade Level: K–8

• Interview Format: Virtual or in-person

Responsibilities:

• Conduct student evaluations and develop therapy plans

• Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with individualized plans

• Document services and progress accurately

• Collaborate with school teams to support student success

Minimum Requirements:

• Active OT license in Arizona

• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (FPCC)

• One year of professional OT experience preferred

• CPR certification, TB clearance, and health certificate as applicable

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
