Amergis HealthcareStaffing is seeking a qualified OccupationalTherapists (OT) to provide school-based therapy services across 10 schools. The OT will perform studentevaluations, develop and implement therapy plans, and document services inalignment with each student’s individualized plan of care.

 KeyResponsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for students
• Develop and deliver therapy services based on individualized plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success
• Comply with all professional standards and school policies

 MinimumRequirements:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
• One year of professional OT experience (preferred)
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
• Current health certificate (as required by contract or regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
