• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Train and mentor school staff in effective ABA strategies
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families to support IEP goals
• Ensure compliance with school policies and best practices in ABA

? What You Bring:

• Active BCBA certification (BACB)
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
• Experience with autism-focused ABA programs (preferred)
• CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB test and health clearance (as required)
• Must be 18+ and meet all federal, state, and local requirements

?? Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Experience in school or pediatric settings
• Familiarity with ABA data tools and documentation
