We are currentlyseeking a dedicated and compassionate OccupationalTherapist (OT) to join our school-based team. In this role, you will beresponsible for conducting student evaluations, developing individualizedtherapy plans, delivering services, and maintaining accurate documentation—allin alignment with each student’s plan of care.

 KeyResponsibilities:

• Perform evaluations to assess students’ functional abilities
• Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
• Provide direct therapy services in accordance with the plan of care
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff

 MinimumRequirements:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
• One year of professional OT experience (preferred)
• Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
• Current health certificate (as required by contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirement
