About the Role: We are seeking a passionate andexperienced Speech-Language Pathologist to work virtually for Greenfield UnionSchool District. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in acollaborative environment and is committed to delivering high-quality,evidence-based therapy to a diverse caseload, while having the flexibility towork in a remote environment.
Position Details:
Location: Virtual/Remote– working for Greenfield Union School District
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: May29, 2026
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
Caseload: No more than 55 students
Local Pay Rate: $65-70 per hour
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitivecommunication, and swallowing evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plansbased on client needs and goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams includingphysicians, educators, and family members.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliancewith state and federal regulations.
- Provide education and support to patients, caregivers,and staff.
- Participate in team meetings, continuing education, andquality improvement initiatives.
To practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in California,candidates must:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from anaccredited program.
- Current California SLP license (or eligibility toobtain).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizationalskills.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
