The Ultrasound Technician performs a variety of specializedtechnical tasks utilizing high frequency ultrasound waves to assist with thedetection of medical conditions or abnormalities by producing images of theinside of a patient’s body.
Minimum Requirements:
- A certification from an accredited ultrasound school
- One year of experience as an ultrasound technicianpreferred.
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2+ years experience – strong all around General/Vascular ULT/Sonographer
- MUST be able/willing to do peds and adult cases
- ARDMS (AB) required, + one other advanced education discipline
- EPIC experience
Nights; 3×12 hr shifts, 36 hrs/week; Call – possible, Weekends – possible, as needed
Travel Pay: $2,523 weekly
Local pay rate is available
